From intricate appetizers to hearty main courses and delectable desserts, this buffet is a delightful tribute to the heritage of the Peranakans. The buffet showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of Peranakan specialties, each reflecting the marriage of flavors and techniques that define this cuisine.

One of the must-try highlights is the Babaron Signature Laksa. We love the rich brooth served together with the laksa noodles. Love the fragrant noodle dish with a spicy coconut milk broth, capturing the essence of Peranakan comfort food.

For those who enjoy bold and unique flavors, the Ayam Buah Keluak, a dish of tender chicken stewed with the earthy and flavorful buah keluak nut, is not to be missed. This dish embodies the complexity of Peranakan cooking with its deep, savory notes and rich textures.

The Itek Tim, a traditional duck soup simmered with salted vegetables, provides a refreshing contrast, offering a light yet flavorful option that brings comfort with every spoonful.

Other classic offerings such as the Nyonya Popiah and Pai Tee, delicate spring rolls and crispy cups filled with a variety of fresh vegetables, bring a burst of flavors and textures in every bite.

For those seeking something spicy and sour, the Asam Pedas and Nyonya Curry Chicken are sure to satisfy. These dishes are staples of Peranakan cuisine, known for their perfectly balanced sauces that blend heat, tanginess, and fragrant spices.

The Prawn in Pineapple Gravy is another standout dish, combining the sweetness of pineapple with the savory richness of prawns, offering a refreshing yet hearty option.

They also have a wide variety of dishes like their Nasi Lemak, Ayam Asam, Ayam Pongteh, Lamb with Celery, Ayam Kleo,Mee Siam Wet, Nasi Kunyit, Sotong Goreng Asam, Prawn with Chilli Stuff and many more.

No Peranakan feast is complete without indulging in the array of traditional Nyonya desserts. The buffet offers a variety of treats such as Pulot Tartar, a sticky rice dessert, and Lemper Ayam, a savory rice cake filled with seasoned chicken.

For those who prefer something on the sweeter side, the Bubur Cha Cha, a coconut milk dessert filled with colorful tapioca pearls and sweet potatoes, offers a comforting and delightful end to the meal.

Not to be missed are the Kueh Salat and Onde Onde, two of the most popular Nyonya desserts that perfectly balance sweetness and coconut flavor with a chewy texture.
