This nationwide campaign, aptly named “Signatures Across the State: A Makan Kitchen Showcase,” brings together a diverse array of culinary talents, each chef infusing their unique flavors and skills to create an innovative dining experience. The event is set to run from June 1st to June 30th, inviting guests to partake in an exceptional gastronomic journey.

Celebrating Culinary Diversity

“Signatures Across the State” is not just a dining event; it is a celebration of Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage. Each DoubleTree by Hilton property will host a chef from another Makan Kitchen outlet, showcasing the best of regional cuisines. From Javanese Heritage to Nyonya Peranakan Cuisine, the event highlights the diversity of Malaysian food culture, bringing together traditional flavors with contemporary twists.

At the heart of this showcase is Makan Kitchen, renowned for its authentic Malaysian cuisine.
