Embracing the vibrant spirit of the Lunar New Year, the Red Fortune Chicken is not just a dish but a symbol of auspiciousness and happiness. ‘Red’ reflects the traditional Chinese theme of good fortune and joy, making it perfect for celebrations. The Red Fortune Chicken comes with its unique, flavourful glaze of an orange-red sauce that has a balanced combination of tomato, chilli, and spices, with a hint of smoke and medium spiciness. You can savour this festive flavour glazed on the spicy marinated bone-in chicken or succulent chicken tenders, both of which are hand-breaded with care and fried to golden-brown perfection, where you can experience the ideal balance of crispy crunch on the outside and enjoy the moist, tender on the inside with every bite.

In keeping the festive traditions alive, from 22 January onwards, Texas Chicken Malaysia is giving out specially designed dragon-themed angpow packets for free with every Red Fortune Chicken combo meal purchase or a minimum purchase of RM35 in a single receipt. Ten customers will also stand a chance to win RM100 Texas Chicken vouchers each by participating in the “Snap and Win” contest from 17 January until 7 February 2024. All you have to do is purchase a Red Fortune Chicken combo, take a creative photo of yourself dressed in red enjoying the meal with your friends or family, and post it on your Facebook or Instagram with the #RedFortuneFeast hashtag.
