Chatrium Grand Bangkok, which blends the timeless grace of Thai culture with the grandeur of international luxury hospitality, is now inviting hotel guests and local residents to experience “French Finesse in the Heart of Siam” throughout the day, with the opening of Casia, its signature fine-dining restaurant, for lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Casia, which first opened in June 2023, transports the senses to the chic streets and sunlit shores of the French Riviera. Chef Jerome Bondaz, an award-winning epicurean expert who has worked at leading Michelin-starred venues in Europe and Asia, is now giving discerning diners the opportunity to savour culinary creations which are inspired by his past experience in acclaimed restaurants such as Can Fabes in Barcelona and Le Louis XV and Le Grill in Monaco.

Now open for lunch (12.00-14.00 hrs) and dinner (17.30-23.59 hrs) with an à la carte and set menu concept, Casia has curated a series of mouth-watering French-Mediterranean dishes that highlight the finest imported ingredients from Europe’s leading producers, combined with fresh local delights that reflect the beauty of their season, prepared with precision and presented in artistic and highly Instagrammable ways.

Then on the final evening of 2023 (31st December), guests can come together for a choice of sparkling New Year’s Eve feasts! At Savio, the luxurious international dinner will present an amazing array of indulgent dishes, including Iranian caviar, prime wagyu steaks, luscious lobster, succulent stone crab, premium Japanese tuna, European cold cuts & cheeses and so much more. The curated main courses highlight luxurious produce from the land and sea, including Atlantic wild turbot with endives, clams, sturgeon caviar & beurre blanc, roasted Japanese A5 Black Soybean Fed wagyu beef tenderloinwith wild mushroom tart, pickled cauliflower, mushroom purée & beef jus, marinated & slow-cooked.
