The soaring restaurant’s signature Bakar-Bakar BBQ Dinner Buffet, happening every Saturday and Sunday evening from 6pm to 10pm, offers a wide selection of meats grilled à la minute to perfection right before the diners. These include Peri Peri Grilled Chicken, Cajun Rosemary Lamb, Mustard Herb Beef, Grilled Tilapia in Asian Spices, Chicken & Beef Sausages, Squid, Mussel, Stingray, Seabass and more. Diners can even expect to catch some reel-worthy flare-up moments as our chefs skillfully work their charms at the grill station.

Carnivores will be spoiled over again at the carving and hot dishes stations, which offer mouth-watering chef’s specialties like Lamb Leg Biryani, Oven Baked Salmon Fillet, Nyonya Kapitan Chicken Curry, Stir-Fried Ginger Beef, and Stewed Lamb in “Masak Hitam” Style, among others.

The meat fiesta does not just stop here.
