Bufet Santapan Kampung @ Botanic Resort Club

April 6, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Botanic Resort Club is welcoming the holy month of Ramadan with their mouth-watering buffet spread, themed “Bufet Santapan Kampung.” This year, the resort is set to delight your taste buds with a wide variety of dishes that will make your fasting day fulfilling and satisfying

The buffet spread starts with Pembuka Selera, which features a delectable selection of traditional appetizers. Some of the favorites include buah kurma, sotong kangkong, Sup Cendawan, Sup Ayam, aneka kerabu, acar rampai, and pelbagai keropok Malaysia. These appetizers are sure to get you started on the right foot.

The main course selection features a wholesome spread that includes dishes such as Daging Masak Lemak Cili Api, Kambing Varuval, Ikan 3 Rasa, Lala Halia, and many more.

One of the standout dishes is the Sambal Sotong, which is made with fresh ingredients and has a delicious kick of spiciness.

The grilled kambing and grilled chicken from the grill counter are also must-tries. Served with the spicy and addictive black pepper sauce, they are simply irresistible.

The satay station is another highlight of the buffet. Guests can choose between satay ayam and satay kambing, which are perfectly grilled and served with sides of timun, nasi impit, and bawang. The meat is juicy and tender, making it an instant hit with guests. Additionally, the mini murtabal and roti bom are perfect for those who prefer bread as a snack.

The Noodles station is another area of the buffet that is worth exploring. Guests can choose from a hearty bowl of curry laksa or asam laksa, which is absolutely irresistible.

The Apam Balik counter is also a must-visit station, with the recipe specially curated by the resort’s chef. The homemade recipe is given a twist by adding oats into the Apam Balik, giving it a unique flavor and texture.

Botanic Resort Club has also taken care of the kids’ corner, where children can enjoy spaghetti with their favorite grilled sausage

. Finally, the dessert station offers a sweet ending to the meal, with choices such as Nyonya Kuih, Pelbagai Dadih, cakes, fruits, tarts, bubur kacang hijau, and bubur cha cha.

The buffet is priced at RM 98 nett per person for adults, with children and senior citizens priced at RM 50 nett. The resort recommends booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment. Reservations can be made by contacting 03-3323 8222 ext 115/333.
