Begin with Jade Fish Fillet, Braised Egg White with Fresh Scallop and the heart-warming aromatic Double-boiled Matsutake, Sea Cucumber Chicken Soup. 3rd course is the signature ‘Bei Fong Tong’ Lobster Slipper, followed by the succulent Oven-baked Iberico Pork Chop in Chef’s Special Sauce.
