Those who book a 21-day quarantine package at any Dorsett – Your Rewards hotel in Hong Kong will immediately be rewarded the Dorsett – Your Rewards points entitled for their booking on the day after they check in. Guests can earn up to USD$60 point credits for a superior room and USD$275 point credits for a suite* when booking their 21-day quarantine package directly. For stays that have been booked via third party websites and OTAs will only receive 50% of the above Dorsett – Your reward cash points.
This means members can make use of their points to redeem meals, drinks and snacks via the hotel’s Foodpanda in-room dining menu as well as credits for our Dorsett Mart throughout their quarantine stay rather than receiving these points after they have checked out.
Dorsett Hospitality International’s hotels in Hong Kong launched an online Dorsett Mart as part of the Group’s #DorsettCares commitment to enhancing and elevating their hotel service to care for and provide the best experience to our guests. Taking the concierge service online, the Dorsett Mart allows quarantine guests to order and rent items such as groceries, charging cables, Nintendo Switch consoles, in-room exercise bikes, walking pads, dumbbells, The Project Screen by Circle Covid-19 Test kits and other essentials. These items may vary from hotel to hotel.
Dorsett Hospitality International has implemented strict anti-pandemic measures since the very first outbreak of Covid-19.
