Unique style of hi-tea is now available in Hotel Stripes Kuala Lumpur. And now ; one can enjoy a new way of hi-tea here where you can go for the newly inspired afternoon tea sets which is all about bao’s.

The main highlights about the Hi-Tea is the bao ( Chinese Dumpling) which comes with the twist of Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Malay. With the modern twist to this, the Bao.Tea.Ful Afternoon Tea comes simply unique where one can enjoy both the fried and steam bao stuffed with different ingredients for sure.

And in here, one can enjoy un-limited bao from their list

I’m Kambing: Lamb Rendang, sunflower seeds, chives and mint leaves
Siew Ngap: Roast Duck, honey balsamic sweet sauce, asparagus and truffle oil
The Kunyit Twist: Ayam Kunyit, Cabbage & sliced cucumber / carrot
Golden Sui Kow: Fried Bao, minced chicken, mushrooms and vegetables
Protein Fuel: Braised beef brisket, cilantro and soy bean curd
Har-Har Out Loud: Salted egg butter Prawns, Egg floss, edamame and wasabi mayo
Sukinari: Beancurd skin, daikon and crispy mushroom
Kim.Chi.Ken: Korean Fried Chicken, Cheese and Kimchi
Fried Ice Cream: Fried Bao, Ice Cream and topping
Stylo Milo: Fried Bao, Milo and condensed milk

Each of every item is freshly prepared open order.

And after the hearty bao’s; you can enjoy the delicious bowl of desserts. And here, they have the choices from Cendol, Bubur Cha Cha & Red Bean Soup.

The buffet completes with a pot of Chinese Tea to go with. You can have the Pu-Er, Oolong, and Jasmine in their list too.
