Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Cordyceps Flower
The hearty bowl of soup comes amazingly good. The soup is perfectly double boiled with the fish maw and cordyceps flower. It brings you with the aromatic hint of the cordyceps flowers which I love the most. The soup is so tummy warming and perfect at any occasion.

The grouper fish is perfectly steamed with the chef’s signature sauce and it is then topped with the golden mushroom and black fungus.

Love the bursting taste of the fresh prawns together with the delicious XO Sauce that paired with it.  It is simply nice and delicious and the prawns comes fresh and good too.
