Sumi Genshi-yaki Sakeba @ Bangsar

September 2, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Sumi Genshi-yaki Sakeba is one of the latest hit in Bangsar where they are serving you with Japanese delights.

The restaurant which is located in the busy streets of Jalan Telawi welcomes you with some delicious Japanese Delights cooked by the 20 years experience chef from Hong Kong- Chef Anson Ng.

Assorted Sashimi (RM 298  for 4 pax).
And being that, welcome yourself here with their Assorted Sashimi (RM 298  for 4 pax). Enjoy the freshly cut sashimi where they have Tuna, Salmon, Uni, White Fish, Scallops, Fresh Tiger Prawn, Octopus and Seaweed all served on the bed of ice. Savour the melts in the mouth sensation sashimi here.
Tempura Moriawase – RM28
Enjoy the deliciously prepared tempura where they are perfectly deep fried till perfection and golden brown. Love the crispy bites of the tempura where they have fried prawns, pumpkin and also mushroom as well.
 Japanese Pan Taufu – RM22
The Japanese Pan Taufu is just perfectly pan fried. I can smell the fragrance of the taufu. This is just awesomely done and the taste is just superb. Topped with the minced meat on top with the delicious oozy egg.
Mix Seafood Nabe – RM58
For fans of nabe, you should order the Mix Seafood Nabe where they are packed with all the gracious fresh ingredients from slice fish, prawns, crab and also generous portion of vegetables. That’s is just awesome. Love the sweetness of the broth and yet the flavours is just perfect.
Sand Grilled Seafood (Seasonal)
Enjoy their seasonal items where you can enjoy the seasonal fish which is grilled till fragrance before it is served. The meat comes simply flaky and moist and I am just in love with the flavours.
Asides of Japanese food, do try their sake as well. Wash down your heavenly meals with their imported sake – Kamotsuru which is popular in US and Europe.
Overall, we love their food here especially the seafood as they are fresh.
