All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum at Dynasty Restaurant, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hot

August 30, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Treat your taste buds with our made-to-order all-youcan-eat Dim Sum including fried rice or noodle of the day at RM43.80nett per person. This delicious feast is available Mondays to Saturdays from 12.00noon to 2.30pm until 31 October 2018.

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Dim Sum Chef Chong Foo Tuck makes all the dim sum from scratch daily. He uses only high quality and fresh ingredients to ensure only superior Dim Sum with great taste are produced in his kitchen.

Choices range from steamed, baked and deep-fried to congee as well as selection of the vegetarian variety. The steamed Shanghai dumpling simmered in stock is a must-have in any Dim Sum feast.

Eaten while it is still hot, the norm is to tear the dumpling on its side and slurp the soup before gobbling up the rest. With its salted egg yolk custard oozing out of a steamed black sesame, the Steamed bun with custard is simply delicious.

Diners can handpick from a selection of thirty-five (35) scrumptious choices. No matter what Dim Sum is chosen, be sure not to miss out on Chef Chong’s all-time favorite Dim Sum including Wok fried radish cake with shrimp and bean sprout, Traditional steamed glutinous rice and Signature chive biscuit.

Located on Level 1, East Wing, Dynasty Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12.00noon to 2.30pm and dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Dim Sum brunch is served from 11.00am to 2.30pm on Sundays and Public Holidays, dinner hours are as usual.
