Well Hotels & Resorts Signs Two New Properties in Pattaya

October 30, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Thailand’s based hotel management company, Well Hotels & Resorts announces that it signed two new properties in Pattaya, namely, Costa Well Resort Pattaya and Costa Village Well Pool Villa Pattaya. The management agreement includes the pre-opening and full operational management.

“After a worth wait, I am delighted to announce our expansion to the country’s west coast, Pattaya. I would like to thank you the owner for trusting our team to manage their two properties. Costa Well Resort Pattaya is in the final constructional phase. It can cater to individual travelers and small to mid-sized MICE groups as there are meeting facilities and food and beverage outlets. Another property is a boutique lifestyle wellness sanctuary in Jomtien with nine villas. The design of both properties is inspired by the Greek island Santorini, a lot of white and a blue, giving a relaxing beach holiday feelings to guests,” said Danai Wansom, President & CEO of Well Hotels & Resorts.

Varisa Panthasuporn, Managing Director of Bansabai-rimtaley Co. Ltd., the owner of the two Pattaya properties said, “We are very glad to have Well Hotels & Resorts team taking over the management of our current properties as it has been a challenge for us to run a hotel during the soft opening months and soon to open another building with more guests rooms, meeting facilities and restaurants. I can say that it is not very difficult to own a hotel, but to manage one and make it profitable, it is not easy as it concerns many aspects including a day-to-day operation, staff training, sales and marketing etc. You really need a professional team who understands you, as an owner, welcomes your ideas, knows your product yet gives you professional advice, sets the standard and works hard to succeed.”

Situated approximately 20 minutes from Pattaya in a charming and peaceful fishing town of Bangsaray, a 110-key Costa Well Resort Pattaya is located on Soi Na Jomtien 56 and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The resort also provides meeting facilities including a ballroom which can be divided into two meeting rooms, four food and beverage outlets, two rooftop salted swimming pools as well as an on-site spa. The resort offers variety of accommodation choices including a studio, one-bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom duplex types.

“Bangsaray has become popular among investors and vacationers as it has a pristine beach with uninterrupted view of the Thai Gulf. It is further away from the bustling Pattaya, but not too far from all the happenings so it is another great choice for holiday makers. The town has a small fishing village which offers local charms, a local fresh market and weekly walking street, as well as attractions such as the Cartoon Network Water Park, Nong Nooch Botanical Garden and Silverlake Vineyard. It is also only 30 minutes from U-Tapao International Airport and approximately two hours from Suvarnnabhumi International Airport. We are very excited for the expansion as this is a strategic location and a world class tourist destination in the special economic zone, Thailand Eastern Economic Corridor or ECC,” added Danai.

Costa Village Well Pool Villa Pattaya is located on Jomtien Soi 9 and a five-minute walk to Jomtien Beach. It is comprised of eight pool villas and one garden view villa, with an all-day café onsite. The boutique property has already been open and awarded TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. It is currently under the study for an upgrade work and further development.

Costa Well Resort Pattaya has been accommodating guests during the soft opening since earlier this year with 46 outdoor-Jacuzzi rooms and suites, and it is expected to fully open by the end of this year with additional 64 rooms, food and beverage outlets, spa and meeting rooms.
