Pork Free Dim Sum @ Oriental Chinese Cuisine Restaurant, Pullman Bangsar

August 9, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Dim sum is a friend of us at anytime and this time we get our chance to sample some of the dim sum in Pullman Bangsar’s Oriental Chinese Cuisine Restaurant.
Located in this beautiful hotel, one can enjoy dim sum with an ease and looking at the busy Federal highway.
Steamed Caviar Siu Mai
Enjoy the lovely siew mai which comes simply generous portion of caviar with it. The siew mai perfectly steam and served hot as well. Nicely prepared.
Chee Cheung Fun with Yu Zha Gui
The silky cheong fan wrapped the yu zha gui making you indulge for more. The crispy bites of yau cha gui together with the smooth. The dish is nicely prepared and awesomely done. Such an indulgence.
Fresh Prawn Siu Mai
If you love siu mai, they do serve siew mai as well.  Enjoy the scrumptious siew mai which is packed with flavours and topped with the fresh prawns on top.
Pandan Custard Cream Bun
I was thinking is Salted Egg Custard Bun but I got it wrong. I really love this bun where it is fragrantly done with the pandan paste in it. Everything is divinely good and delicious.
Preserved Vegetables with Roasted Duck Bun
Instead of using chicken or pork, chef had made a twist with the roasted duck in it. Deliciously done minced roasted duck with preserved vegetable. Baked and light pan fried. Nice.

Spicy Chicken Szechuan Dumpling
One of my favorite the Spicy Chicken SzeChuan Dumpling. Succulent taste of dumpling with the aromatic and yet spicy sauce. Nice one.

Signature Pearl Glutinous Rice wrapped with Lotus Leaf
Complete your meal here with the glutinous rice wrapped with the lotus leaf. Nicely done.
Never ends your meal with the delicious and creamy blend of desserts. Enjoy the lovely bite of their signature durian pancakes which is just heavenly. Nice and good with the aromatic taste of durian.

Durian Pancake
And don’t miss out their Durian Pancake which is a superb indulgence. Fragrantly prepared and done, the durian pancakes with the aromatic flavours that will definate to tempt you till the fullest if you are a durian lover
