Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 Introduces New Water Exercise Classes

 Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 launches two new water exercise classes this July. The new classes include Aqua Bike and Aqua Latin Dance kicking off this July 24th. Guests can join in group classes or opt for private sessions, both led by highly-experienced trainers. The hotel teams up with ABSMEDiQ Wellness Centre, led by Dr. Somboon Roongphornchai (M.D., OB&GYN, ABAAM, ACASP), in creating wellness programs aiming for providing preventive health care options to hotel guests and Bangkok residents.

Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 states itself as a lifestyle wellness hotel and has been offering wellness activities to guests including free daily exercise classes including Muay Thai Cardio, Sexy Abs, Body Weight etc. Fitness enthusiastic travelers can take advantage in staying in either Executive Room or Executive Suite which have exercise bike, yoga and Pilates equipment in the room. The hotel’s restaurant Eat Well Café also serves healthy food with a unique concept of Food Therapy.

Mr. Danai Wansom, President & CEO of Well Hotels & Resorts which manages Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 says, “We are very excited to announce the two new water exercise classes. We would like to bring a fun workout to our hotel guests and the residents of Bangkok, and we are starting off with the Aqua Bike and Aqua Latin Dance classes as they are fun and suitable to all fitness levels. ”

“We have been working closely with our partner, Dr. Somboon and his team at the elite wellness centre ABSMEDiQ who provides us the know-how on anti-aging sport medicine and exercises as well as the advice on the healthy menu served at Eat Well Café. We plan to introduce wellness packages and seminar in the future, so please stay tuned,” added Danai.

Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 is located in the heart of the city and within walking distance to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. It is comprised of 235 rooms and suites, with five room types including Superior, Superior Corner, Deluxe, Executive and Executive Suite.

The water exercise class is held every Monday, 9-10 AM. The group class is priced at 1,150 Baht/person and the private class is 2,500 Baht for up to two participants. During the introductory period from now until 31 October 2017, each class purchase will include a free voucher of 30-minute Well Classic Partial Massage at Well Spa, worth 900 Baht++.
