Recipe: Longan Lo Han Guo

It comes easy when make tong sui . I love how easy I can do it. I can make my bowl of tong sui in 25 minutes only.
Recipes as below

Ingredients
1. 100 g longan
2. 1 litre of water
3. 1 pc of lo han gua
4. 1 pc  of snow fungus
5. 10 pcs of melon stick
6. 1/4 cup of rock sugar
7. 1/4 cup of lotus
8. Some pandan leaf ( knot)

Method:
1. Pour in 1 litre water
2. Soak the snow fungus in water and cut them into small pieces
3. Put all the other ingredients into the AIO cooker
4. Close them and shift the valve to seal
5. Then press on the pressure cook and choose soup then press start
6. Your bowl of soup will be ready by then
