Tatsu @ Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur : Authentic Japanese Dining with Great View

October 14, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Located at the 1st floor in Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur, one must visit this upscale Japanse restaurant where they brings you with the twist of the authentic Japanese Dining experiences cobines with a subtle blend of apanese aesthetics with contemporary yet minimalist design. The emohasis on timre woods with sea cobalt blue and white color streets a calming an dyet harmonious dining experience that not only ecokes senses but pleases the palates.
And in Tatsu, the sitting capacity comes with 147 seats where you can enjoy 5 different style of dining seating style from the sushi bar, a teppanyaki room, private dining rooms, public dining area to a cozy lounge dining area. Not just that, the restaurant also features the area for a private sake bar where you can enjoy over 20 types of sake here, landscaped garden and a cascading waterfall.
Hashi Salad
Enjoy the fresh and tempting hashi salad where the salad is served with the mixed seasonal fresh garden salad, poh choy, silver anchovy, tatami iwashi and also pine nuts in it. The salad comes amazingly good and appetizing where I love the crispy bites of the silver anchovy.
Dragon Maki (Oebi Tempura)
The delicious maki is served is well wrapped with the avocado, unagi, and a large tempura in it. Topped with the delicious tobiko on top. Oh my this is just a perfect combination with the crisy bites from the tempura and the moist ad juicy bites from the unagi.

Kani Croquette
Love  some crispy bites? Enjoy the kani croquette where it is made from the milk, corn, butter and crab meat. All the ingridients are mixed together and then topped with the breadcrumb, tempura flour and deep fried till perfection. The taste is just awesome and good.
Gindara Teriyaki
Using the black cod, the imported cod fish is being marinated with the mirin, sake, brown sugar, tamari as well as teriyaki sauce. It is then being glazed and barbecued with the teriyaki sauce again until it is fully cooked. The meat remains juicy and flaky in the texture too. Awesomely good and addictive.
Mango Spring Roll
Ends our meal with the mango spring rolls where it comes with the crispy bites with it and topped with the delicious red bean paste. Enjoy them with the strawberry, mango and coffee reduction with it.
Overall, the restaurant comes awesomely good with the great view and great Japanese delights.
