Eat healthy, boost the immune and keep fit this rainy season at Eat Well Cafe

Despite the massive storm and rain that has been hitting Thailand, Eat Well Café encourages all guests to eat well and stay fit in this rainy season. Keep your immune high, exercise and take good diets. Healthy immune system warriors need good, regular nourishment.

Eat Well Café would like to introduce a Food Therapy menu that will help you fight the flu and cold and help you recover.

Sore Throat Set (545 Baht++)
–       Carrot & Ginger Soup
–       Rocket Salad with Sunkist Oranges, Pomegranate, Cherry Tomatoes and Orange dressing
–       Ginger & Honey Tea

Oranges is known as a good source for vitamin C with the benefits of antioxidant protection and boosting an immune system. As well as carrots, the rocket leaves also contain high vitamin A which supports good vision, skin health and also support the immune system. Aromatic, pungent and spicy, ginger adds a special flavor and zest to your dish. It can not only be warming on a cold day, but can help promote healthy sweating, which is often helpful during colds and flu. This set is packed with high vitamin C to help boost your immune system, speed up the recovery when you are sick and keep you fit.
