CHEERS! Four Points by Sheraton Puchong celebrated International Beer Day

Puchong, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) today announces that it will celebrate International Beer Day on 5 August 2016. Occuring the first Friday of every August since its inception in 2007, International Beer Day has been dedicated to celebrating the brewers of beer; and also a gathering of friends and family to enjoy a good fresh brew. Four Points by Sheraton Puchong will join more than 40 other Four Points Hotels across Asia Pacific to celebrate this fun occasion.

*   POINT 2:  The Four Points brand delivers uncomplicated comfort with essentials that matter most – comfortable beds, fresh coffee, free Internet and cold local beer, so that guests can enjoy a relaxing stay. To further deliver the little extras that make our guests feel great, Four Points by Sheraton Puchong will also introduce an in-house ‘Beerista’. Liken to a barista in a cafe, the ‘Beerista’ is a dedicated associate that will champion the hotel’s best brews program – that brings the best local craft beer to the hotel.  The ‘Beerista’ will ensure that the perfect looking beer is served each time; and will be most familiar with the smell and tasting notes of the hotel’s Best Brew.      

“Beer plays a big role in Four Points by Sheraton and with the introduction of the Best Brews program, there is no better excuse to raise a glass to celebrate International Beer Day and the start of the 2016 Rio Olympics,”, highlighted Kumar Renoo, General Manager.

*   POINT 3: To celebrate International Beer Day, Four Points by Sheraton Puchong will be introducing the Best Brews & BBQ weekend buffet dinner that comes paired with free flow of the hotel’s Best Brews signature draught beers at The Eatery. Guests will have the choice to enjoy the buffet dinner with beer at MYR 160 nett per person or dinner only option at MYR 105 nett per person. Best Brews & BBQ weekend buffet dinner is available every Friday and Saturday nights from 5 August to 29 October 2016.  Also as part the International Beer Day celebrations, Four Points by Sheraton Puchong will introduce several promotions. These include the ‘Bed & Brew’ offer from 1 August to 31 October 2016, where every stay with this package entitles guests to a free flow of draught beer from 6pm to 8pm for every night booked.

*   POINT 4:  Honest and uncomplicated, Four Points by Sheraton Puchong is located within the Puchong Financial Corporate Centre (PFCC) with quick access to both Kuala Lumpur International Airport and downtown Kuala Lumpur. With 249 well-appointed guest rooms including 12 executive suites and fitted with the Four Points by Sheraton Four Comfort™ signature bed and guests can also enjoy use of the 24-hours fully equipped gym and outdoor pool.
