MANDARIN ORIENTAL, KUALA LUMPUR LAUNCHES CITY CENTRE WEEKEND STAYCATION OFFER

 Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is offering guests special weekend city breaks in the Malaysian capital. By booking the Weekend Staycation package, guests can wake up to the sight of the PETRONAS Twin Towers or KLCC Park and enjoy the diverse retail, gourmet and cultural delights available at the hotel and nearby.

Rated by CNN as the world’s fourth best retail destination, Kuala Lumpur boasts stunning shopping malls, including Suria KLCC, next to Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, and Pavilion KL, ten minutes walk from the hotel. With top fashion brands, such as Prada, Celine, Armani, Hermes, Louis Vuitton and Mulberry, these malls offer excellent retail therapy.

Cultural offerings include the Philharmonic Orchestra Hall, home to the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. With magnificent architectural design and acoustics, the hall is a must-visit destination. Chinatown and Little India are located 15 minutes from the hotel.

At the hotel, guests receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco when they enjoy Sunday brunch at Mosaic, where unlimited servings of appetizers, premium seafood on ice, popular breakfast dishes, and a la carte, local and international main courses are offered. Alternatively, guests can enjoy dim sum and other classic Cantonese cuisine for lunch at the hotel’s elegant Lai Po Heen Chinese restaurant, and be treated to a complimentary dessert.

The Weekend Staycation package is priced from MYR 649++, and includes:
·         Daily breakfast for two persons and one child at Mosaic

·         Upgrade to next room category upon arrival

·         20% savings on treatments at The Spa

·         20% savings on laundry services

·         20% savings on food at all outlets (excluding Wasabi Bistro)

·         Extra bed for one child up to five years of age, sharing the same room

·         Choice of complimentary glass of Prosecco with Sunday Brunch at Mosaic or complimentary dessert with Dim Sum Lunch at Lai Po Heen

The package is valid Thursday to Saturday, from now through to 29 December 2016.
