CHRISTMAS KAISAKI MENU @ ISHIN OLD KLANG ROAD

Jingle Bells in ringing and this year, Ishin brings you with their lovely kaisaki set which comes with the 6 course meal that cost you at RM 158 nett. As we know Ishin is one of the reputable delicious Japanese Outlet in town, their kaiseki set will not disappoint you this Christmas.

Fruit Tamoto with 3 Roe Tartar on Ice with Deep Fried Sawagani
The unique delights which is well prepared by the chef indeed brings you with the appetizing and refreshing delights. The combination of 3 roe tatrtar on the ice and served with the deep fried Sawagani is indeed double thumbs up.

Hokkaido Fresh Milk Miso Soup with Grilled Lobster
The Miso Soup is being cooked till perfection with the grilled lobter and it is then being added with the Hokkaido Fresh Milk. The lobster come simply fresh and the soup brings you with the smooth texture.

Fugu Sashimi New Style with Ponzu Sauce
The thinly sliced fugu sashimi wrapped with slice orange in the middle. Not just unique, it is also refreshing when you dipped them with the ponzu sauce. Loving this so much and I am giving this double thumbs up.

Australia Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki
One can opt for either the Australia Wagyu Beef Teppanyaki or the Hokkaido King Crab Cheeseyaki. The Australia Wagyu Beef is indeed well grilled till perfection leaving you with the juicy sensation.

For those who does not take beef, you can opt for a Hokkaido King Crab Cheeseyaki instead. The Hokkaido King Crab comes amazingly juicy and it is topped wth the creamy cheesy delights. Nicely done.

Mini Chirashi Sushi
One must have is of course the Mini Chirashi Sushi. The awesomely prepared sushi which is prepared and served in a small little bowl comes simply cute and adorable. The sushi is topped with few different sashimi which includes tuna, salmo, prawns and avacodo. The sushi is pretty indeed in the presentation and I love the fresh sashimi that is topped on top.
