Featuring Pacific “Live” Yabby, Indonesian Mud Crab, Chilean Scallop with Roe and Boston Lobster, prepared in a myriad of ways, savour the natural textures and flavours of each of these treasures of the ocean.

A hearty variety of hot Asian and International fare, and our signature à la carte buffet menu – Plates of Pleasure, await to further delight your palate.

End on a sweet note with a decadent dessert table filled with homemade confectionaries, sweet treats, chocolate fountain and a crêpe station where you can customise your own crêpe.

Must-tries also include the Plates of Pleasure featuring signature favourites such as Executive Chef Andy Oh’s award-winning Peddlers’ Famous Char Kway Teow, Australian “Pure South” Lamb Rack and Penang Tamarind Laksa Broth, all prepared à la minute.
