In here, you can find the authentic Shunde cuisine as there are six chefs from Shunde cooking up a storm in the kitchen. One of the famous item in YouMiQi is their Hotpot of Seafood (太古火焰鱼)which is well cooked in the big wok. Try their Sturgeon Fish (RM 585) which is full of collagen and gelatin in it which is indeed good for the ladies. The fish comes fresh and every mouthful of the fish is sweet with the blend of light milky taste which is from the collagen itself. In the hearty pot, we had also the white clams (RM 19.00) and the tiger prawns (RM 30) cooked together. The broth taste comes excellently good with the light taste of white wine and also the sweetness from the fresh seafood which is cooked together. Awesome!

The Roast Pork (脆皮烧肉) (RM 18.00) which is served to us comes delicious too. The crispy edges of the cracking skin of the roast pork and the moist bites of the pork itself.. Oh! Is so good!! I don’t mind getting additional fats!

One of its signature is of course the Roasted Standing Ovation Chicken (顺德栋企) (RM 88.00). Standing gracefully straight with the supporting by the metal stick. The chicken comes awesomely good with the crispy skin with it as well as the moist and juicy chicken meat. Firstly they cut the wings and drumstick, get the munch and you will feel the juiciness of the meat itself. As for the chicken breast meat, it is being dipped inside the chicken fats and every mouthful of the meat comes divinely good.

As for the Deep Fried Spring Chicken(椒盐田鸡) (RM38.90), it is well marinated with the herbs and spices. Deep fried till perfection, the spring chicken comes awesomely good with the crispiness and moist texture of the chicken itself. Nice one!

Shunde sashimi (顺德刺身)( RM45.60) is where the thinly sliced fish is well cutted till thin and crystal clear. Served together with the shredded garlic, cutted onions, sliced garlic and more. Mix them with their sauce and each mouthful is just awesome as it is !

YOUMIQI
堂做盐焗非洲鱼 comes awesomely good where the wholeseome pot of the Talapia fish is being marinated and topped with the special the vegetables on top like capsicums, onions and more. Served raw, it is being stewed infront of the customer and you can smell the scent of fragrant flavours which had made my tummy drooling. It is then added with their special sauce and with this the whole pot of delights comes awesomely good.

The Shrimp Dumpling(鲜虾锅贴饺) (RM 56 ( Large)) is where the shrimp dumpling is served upside down. I love how the pulpy dumpling is done and every mouthful of the dumpling is so good-licious with the flavourful broth and loads of leeks and shrimps in it.
YOUMIQI
Love it or hate it! The Ginger Milk Curd(姜汁撞奶)(金丝燕麦包) (RM 8.00) comes well in the creamy blend of delights. I love how the way it is served where every mouthful is filled with the aromatic taste of ginger in it. It is believed to be a good dessert to go for to reduce “air” in your tummy.

The Golden Nestum Bun( 金丝燕麦包) (RM 16.00) is so awesomely good. The fluffy bun with the creamy golden nestum malt in it. I love the milky sensation in it and every mouthful is awesomely good and delicious. It is such a good one to enjoy. Loving it.
