And visitor’s indulging in the array of ice cream creations have the chance to win a year’s supply of ice cream.

Get the scoop from February 1 when seven new festival flavours will be introduced each week plus a host of creamy concoctions will be launched showcasing the talents of the Chocolatiers, locally sourced natural ingredients and tempting classic and adventurous ice cream flavours.

“Everyone loves ice cream! This is the best time of year for all the fresh fruit flavours, and we only have step into our own orchard and kitchen garden for inspiration,” says Yarra Valley Chocolaterie’s Managing Director, Leanne Neeland.

“Our homemade varieties are hand crafted from quality local Yarra Valley ingredients – they are freshly made each day. Ice cream has come of age, and we’re constantly creating adventurous new flavours as well as adding our own touch to the classics.”

The creamy delights continue until 28 February, with an indulgent dessert spree that takes ice cream beyond the pale! Whether you prefer to spoon or lick, YVCI’s creations cater for all kinds of ice cream lovers, with seven new adventurous festival flavours of house made ice cream, introduced each week drawn from YVCI’s own Kitchen Garden, Bush Tucker chocolate range and the local surrounds. Honeycomb & Lavender, Lemon Myrtle sorbet, and a fruity and light Moscato Sorbet using Yarra Valley Moscato are just some of the temptations.
