As 2014 draws to a close, Silka Cheras Kuala Lumpur and Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur will be collaborating with IJN Foundation to raise funds for children of the National Heart Institute (Institut Jantung Negara) pediatric ward.

Starting from now till 5 January 2015, guests are able to adopt a cuddly and loving baby panda for only RM48 or a mommy panda for RM78 from the ‘Christmas Panda Tree‘. Guests also have the option to donate their pandas to the children of the IJN Pediatric ward. Alternatively, the hotels are collecting toys to share with the children and guests can donate toys to the Silka Toy Box located at the lobby.
In line with Dorsett Hospitality International’s corporate social responsibility mission to contribute to the health and well-being of the community, this meaningful initiative strives to provide the necessary financial aid to children with heart complications in order to get a new lease on life.
“As one of the driving forces in the hospitality industry, Silka Hotels Malaysia has come together as a team to ensure we provide the assistance for our community for a better future,” said Christina Toh, area general manager of Dorsett Hospitality International.
