“CRABS’ SYMPHONY” SEAFOOD DINNER BUFFET AT CAFÉ ALLEGRO OF REGAL KOWLOON HOTEL

October 2, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Crab has always been one of the most beloved food items for seafood lovers. The meat is not only tender and tasty but also with high content of protein and vitamins, making them exceptionally attractive to diners. Executive Chef Ray Lam at Regal Kowloon Hotel has sourced the finest crabs from different places and prepared an array of crab theme delicacies for your enjoyment. The seafood feast also includes several types of sustainable seafood.

Chef’s recommendations include the Chilled Seafood Platter featuring Three-spotted Crab, British Bread Crab, Snow Crab Leg and Rock Crab, as well as various hot and cold dishes with crab as the key ingredient. Mango and Snow Crab Meat Salad in mini jar has an appetizing sweet and sour taste, which is a refreshing healthy start of the buffet. Sautéed Fried Crab with Light Curry Coconut Sauce, the curry sauce with coconut milk is tantalizing yet light, complementing the delicate taste of crab meat. The crunchy Deep-fried Crab Cake will definitely impress you!  Every mouthful of fresh crab leg meat can stimulate your taste buds. The show cooking station of Pumpkin Congee with Crab by our chef is another must-try item by putting the fresh crab meat into the sweet pumpkin congee base, creating a warm delight.

In addition to the crab dishes, the dinner buffet also features salad bar with over 20 kinds of vegetables (including organic and hydroponic vegetables) plus condiments and sauces, Japanese sushi and sashimi, Sichuan temptations, sous vide dishes, Indian curry, Vietnamese snacks and over 50 kinds of delicate desserts, chocolate fountain, freshly made waffles and popcorns. Don’t miss the chance to sample all the tempting choices in one go.
