QING PALACE CHINESE RESTAURANT AT PULAI SPRINGS RESORT PRESENTS ‘ALL YOU CAN EAT’ SZECHUAN DISHES

The award winning Qing Palace Chinese Restaurant at Pulai Springs Resort, Johor welcomes guests to the back-by-popular-demand “Imperial Indulgence” promotion from August to September 2014. The ‘all you can eat” promotion available for both lunch and dinner will offer guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Qing Palace at Pulai Springs Resort, Johor offers authentic Szechuan cuisine. Helmed by Masterchef Lim Ming Chong, over 80 kinds of authentic Szechuan main courses, rice, noodles, seafood as well as mouth watering desserts are available. The menu mixes classic Szechuan and signature flavours with chef’s latest creations. Masterchef Lim recommends his signature Szechuan Hot and Sour Soup, nourishing Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Dried Seafood and Crab Meat, Sautéed Diced Chicken with Dried Chillies served in Yam Ring, Peking Duck and his famous Camphor and Tea Smoked Duck.

Other popular a la carte dishes from the “all you can eat” menu includes Fried Prawns with Oatmeal, Fried Prawn Salad with Macadamia Nuts and Fresh Fruits, Garoupa Fillet in Sweet & Sour Sauce or Sambal, Ostrich Meat with Dried Chillies, Fried Venison with Mongolian Sauce, Cuttlefish with Chef’s Special Sauce and Braised Eel with Garlic.

Guests will also have the chance to try out fresh and live seafood from the “all you can eat” menu. The live seafood includes Seabass, Patin Buah and Red Pearl fish cooked in various styles like the signature Indonesian Style Curry Fish, Deep Fried Whole Fish with Thai Sauce and Garlic and Steamed in Hong Kong Style.

Meat lovers will also enjoy Masterchef Lim’s signature Stewed Mutton with Dried Soya Served in Claypot and Braised Beef Brisket in Szechuan Style. On the other hand, chef Lim also recommends his popular Fried French Beans with Minced Chicken and Qing Palace Special Fried Noodles. After a long meal, cool off with Chilled ‘Guiling’ Herbal Jelly, Honey Dew with Sago or the restaurant’s signature ‘Oni’ or better known as yam pudding. Using selected ingredients, all the dishes from the ‘all you can eat’ menu are made to order to guarantee the freshness and texture.

The “all you can eat” Imperial Indulgence promotion is available at only RM50++ per adult and RM 25++ per child and is available everyday except Fridays, Saturdays, the eve of public holidays and public holidays for both lunch and dinner.

Qing Palace is opened daily from 12.00 noon to 3.00 pm and 6.30 pm to 10.00 p.m daily.
