YUU-JO JAPANESE FUSION , KIARA WALK MONT KIARA

Tuck in the hidden place along the highrise and condos in Mont Kiara, here you can find the twist of Japanese fusion delights which is at the sensible pricing here. Having the chef which flew all the way from Singapore, the dish prepared is simply different where it brings us with much creativity in its food. Yuu-Jo prepares all special soups and sauces in-house to ensure every meal is perfectly created with consistency and without compromise. The best ingredients and fresh produce are mostly used in all preparation.

We started with the Salmon Carpoccio (RM14.80) where the thick fresh salmon which is definitely fresh and succulent. The salmon brings us with the juicy textures when it is placed in the mouth and you can find the slics of radish and lady’s finger on the top. The delicious salmon just melts in my mouth leaving us a great experience on trying it.

Coming next is the Gyuu Tataki. Gyu Tataki comes well with the complete flavours in it. The awesome beef slices are being served with the crispy vegetables on top leaving us with the flavourful and tangy flavours. It is just awesome as it is.

Not to forget; we are having the Japanese Steamboat. The huge portion of steamboat with the sweet and savory soup accompany with a variety of ingridients with it. Comes with the generous portions of ingridients with it; there goes the generous portion of vegetables include enoki mushroom as well as some cauliflower and more. Accompanied with chicken and fish meat. The set comes with a hearty bowl of noodles. Soup is indeed flavourful and deliciously done. It is so lovely.
