December, traditionally a month of merry-making and feasting is upon us. At Golden Palm Tree Malaysia, the resort is all abuzz with activities as plans are afoot for a ‘Tropical Festive Celebration’.
Guests can look forward to merry feasting with Sepoi Sepoi’s Semi Buffet spread featuring a host of traditional favourites, the freshest of garden greens and a selection of main courses ranging from roasted turkey with all the trimmings, baked fish, rack of lamb with baked seasonal vegetables to a whole range of irresistible festive sweets and desserts. The festive semi buffet is available on both Christmas Eve (6.30 pm to 10.30 pm) and New Year’s Eve (6.30 pm to 1.00 am).
The festive semi buffet priced at RM168 for adults and RM84 for children between the ages of 4 to 11 is inclusive of one round of wine for adults and sparkling juice for children. That’s not all! There are plenty of activities for guests of all ages on both days. Dress the Gingerbread man in batik kicks off from 4 pm to 5.30 pm with Santa putting in an appearance at around the same time. For those who wish to capture the spectacular sunset at the resort, be sure to make your way to the Palm Deck. Set the ball rolling for the night’s festivities with special themed festive cocktails and mocktails while the carollers entertain with their melodious voices from 6.30 pm to 7.00 pm (only on 24th December).
To keep guests entertained all night long, the carollers and live band, Sound of Blindness will be performing at Sepoi Sepoi from 7.00 pm to 7.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm respectively. Not to be missed is of course the must-watch Chefs’ Festive Dessert Parade at Sepoi Sepoi at 9.00 pm.
The evening’s celebration continues after the magnificent festive buffet. Put on your dancing shoes and join the crowd at the resort’s first ever street party complete with music machine, DJ and the full works. It’s going to be one Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebration to remember.
