This holiday season, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur introduces 12 Days of Bespoke Gifting, a festive program that brings the spirit of craft, connection, and curated celebration to life. Drawing inspiration from the beloved “12 Days of Christmas,” the hotel reinterprets the carol’s iconic motif of twelve through elevated dining, artisanal gifting, and experiential holiday rituals across its House of Celebration.
At the heart of the initiative is the ribbon — a symbol of grace, generosity, and the tradition of giving. The hotel has created exclusive signature ribbons and invites guests to personalize their gifts at the Bespoke Gifting Station at The Great Hall, where charms, leather accents, and iron-on patches allow every present to feel uniquely tailored.
This year’s program spans dining, family experiences, workshops, collectible keepsakes, and wellness offerings, all designed to infuse the season with craftsmanship and meaning. According to General Manager Philipp Haupenthal, the initiative “celebrates the art of connection and the joy of giving,” with the theme of twelve guiding both its culinary creations and festive offerings.
The House of 12 Christmas Wonders
Serving as the visual centerpiece of the festivities, the House of 12 Christmas Wonders is located at the Lobby level in The Great Hall and pays homage to the architecture of The St. Regis New York. Twelve window displays showcase beautifully curated gifts adorned with bespoke ribbons, each representing a moment of storytelling and seasonal enchantment.
