TASTE THE HOLIDAYS: FOUR SEASONS CAKE SHOP POP-UP OPENS AT IFC MALL WITH MICHELIN-STAR DIM SUM

Experience the festive spirit as Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong announces the opening of its Cake Shop Pop-up store at ifc mall, conveniently located right next to the Hotel. This exciting new venue heralds the launch of the hotel’s festive campaign, inviting guests to savour the joy of the holiday season with an exclusive selection of exquisite treats and gifts.

The Pop-up store is located in ifc mall, Podium Level, Kiosk LA1. Operating daily From October 13th, 2025 to January 12th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Signature Dim Sum from Lung King Heen

For the first time ever, guests can enjoy Lung King Heen’s renowned dim sum outside the two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Freshly made in limited quantity daily and available from 3pm, the pop-up store will debut with the highly sought-after Baked “Pineapple” Bun filled with Barbecued Pork and Pine Nuts (HKD 48/piece). Apart from the bun, the dim sum menu in-store will rotate regularly to surprise and delight guests with unique offerings.

Exclusive New Pastries

The pop-up store will showcase exclusive new pastry creations by Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan, available only at this location. Pistachio enthusiasts will be delighted by the Sicilian Pistachio Brownies Danish (HKD 48/piece) and the Sicilian Pistachio Maritozzo (HKD 48/piece), both crafted with premium pistachio nuts to deliver a rich and indulgent flavour.

Beyond pistachio, new standout treats include the Piedmont Hazelnut Brownies Danish (HKD 48/piece) and the refreshing Limoncello Maritozzo (HKD 48/piece). The Brownie Danish as a first-time invention of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong that offers a perfect balance of decadence and texture, combining a rich, fudgy chocolate brownie center with the crisp, buttery layers of a traditional Danish pastry. While each of the Maritozzo buns is generously filled with smooth, luscious cream.

In addition, fans of classic favourites can enjoy signature sliced and whole cakes from the Four Seasons Cake Shop, such as Red Velvet Cake (HKD 480 per whole cake; HKD 78 per sliced cake), and Black Forest Cake (HKD 460 per whole cake; HKD 78 per sliced cake).

Celebrate 20th Anniversary with Limited-Edition Keepsakes

In honour of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong’s 20th anniversary, guests can purchase limited-edition commemorative keepsakes including the stylish and durable luggage tag (HKD 100 each) in beige colour, the white A5 notebook (HKD 120 each) and purple A6 notebook (HKD 80 each), featuring a distinctive “20” engraved graphic that showcases the Hotel’s exterior alongside iconic Hong Kong landmarks—perfect mementos of this milestone celebration.
