Herbalife Launches TumeriX 336mg for Joint Health

October 5, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

Global health and wellness leader Herbalife has launched TurmeriX 336mg in Malaysia, expanding its portfolio of science-backed nutrition products with a new formula designed to support joint health, relieve pain, and promote healthy joint mobility.

The launch reflects Herbalife’s continued focus on providing high-quality, natural solutions to meet the evolving health needs of Malaysians — particularly as the nation faces the challenges of an ageing population and increasingly busy, active lifestyles.

Supplements Become Everyday Essentials

According to the 2025 Asia Pacific Health Supplements Survey, which included 1,000 Malaysian respondents, 43% of Malaysians take supplements daily, with 64% consuming more than one type to support their health.

The top priorities remain general health and immunity, followed by energy and focus, and beauty-related needs. Capsules are among the most preferred supplement formats, making TurmeriX 336mg a convenient fit for Malaysian consumers.

Traditional Wisdom Meets Modern Science

“Malaysians have long trusted turmeric or ‘kunyit’, not just in cooking but in traditional remedies passed down by our parents and grandparents,” said Steven Chin, Senior Director and General Manager of Herbalife Malaysia and Singapore.

“With TurmeriX 336mg, we’ve taken this familiar ingredient and made it more effective in a simple, natural way to give Malaysians the wellness support they need — in a form that fits effortlessly into their daily routine.”

Each capsule contains 336mg of turmeric extract (Rhizome Curcuma longa), traditionally used to relieve joint pain. The natural active compound in turmeric, curcumin, is well regarded for its health benefits, including its support for joint function and mobility.

Proactive Health for an Ageing Nation

Malaysia is projected to have over 17% of its population above the age of 60 by 2040, increasing the importance of joint health for maintaining active lifestyles.

“We cannot wait until health problems appear. We need to take preventive steps earlier so we can stay active and enjoy life as we age,” added Chin.

“Many Malaysians also spend long hours at their desks or on their feet, which puts extra strain on their joints. Alongside eating well and staying active, the right supplements can play a key role in helping us stay strong and ready for each day.”

Commitment to Quality and Local Partnerships

Quality remains a key driver for Malaysian consumers, with 51% citing product quality as an influence in their choice of supplements. Herbalife’s Seed to Feed programme ensures rigorous quality control — from sourcing ingredients to production — for peace of mind.

TurmeriX 336mg contains only natural ingredients with no added colouring or flavouring. The launch also represents the first export of Herbalife Indonesia’s flagship natural medicinal product, contributing to the regional economy through partnerships with turmeric farmers in Central Java.

Availability in Malaysia

TurmeriX 336mg is recommended for daily use, with one capsule taken after meals. It is suitable for those seeking to maintain joint health, relieve joint pain, and support better joint mobility.

The product is now available in Malaysia, starting from September 19, 2025, exclusively through Herbalife Distributors or via the official Herbalife website
