The Crispy Shatin Chicken is first marinated with aromatic spices like dang gui and cinnamon powder, giving it a unique character. It is then deep-fried to golden perfection, resulting in a crispy skin and tender meat. The dish is completed by serving with sang har cheong and sweet plum sauce for a perfect balance of flavours.
