The First-Ever IPPUDO x MAiSEN Combined Concept Outlet Is Now Open!

April 21, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

Exciting news for food lovers! The first-ever combined concept outlet of IPPUDO and MAiSEN has officially opened its doors.  Now, you can enjoy the authentic flavours of IPPUDO’s world-famous ramen and MAiSEN’s premium, melt-in-your-mouth katsu, all under one roof! Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of ramen or a crispy, juicy katsu, this concept outlet brings the best of both worlds together for an elevated Japanese dining experience.

Signature Ramen Delights from IPPUDO

Shiromaru Special

This classic dish is a must for purists. It features IPPUDO’s original tonkotsu broth, ultra-thin noodles, salted soft-boiled eggs, succulent pork belly, bean sprouts, kikurage mushrooms, spring onions, and crispy seaweed. The combination is rich, hearty, and deeply satisfying — the ultimate comfort in a bowl.

Mala Tonkatsu Ramen

For those who like it spicy, the Mala Tonkatsu Ramen is a fiery twist that’s hard to resist. Infused with robust chicken broth, this bowl is spiked with the bold, numbing heat of Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers. Topped with aburi-style pork belly chashu, this dish is a flavor bomb that delivers both heat and harmony.

MAiSEN’s Katsu Creations

Daishimaki Katsu Sandwich

This sandwich is a standout! Featuring fluffy Japanese rolled omelette layered with crispy MAiSEN katsu, each bite is soft, savory, and completely addictive. Perfect as a light meal or a satisfying snack — you won’t be able to stop at one bite.

Katsumabushi Tenderloin Set

If you’re looking for something more indulgent, the Katsumabushi Tenderloin Set is not to be missed. Tender bite-sized katsu pieces are served over fluffy Japanese rice, accompanied by a comforting dashi broth, a silky onsen tamago, and a medley of traditional condiments. This dish is both elegant and heartwarming.

Chicken Katsudon

A timeless favourite — the Chicken Katsudon is simple yet satisfying, featuring crispy chicken katsu simmered in savoury sauce and egg, served atop a bowl of steamed rice. Every bite is pure comfort.

Kushiyaki

Be sure to explore the kushiyaki selections, offering a variety of skewered delights like Ninniku Kushi (garlic skewers), Tori Negima (chicken and leek), Tori Kawa (chicken skin), and even Okra Kushi. It’s perfect for those who love sharing and sampling a bit of everything.

 Sea Salt Parfait

Round off your meal with the signature Sea Salt Parfait — a sweet and savoury dessert that’s luxuriously creamy and irresistibly indulgent. It’s the kind of treat that leaves a lasting impression.

And one can enjoy the magnificent and awesome drinks as well.

Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast, a katsu connoisseur, or just a lover of all things Japanese, this new IPPUDO x MAiSEN combined outlet promises an experience that’s both exciting and delicious.
