Known for his unparalleled expertise and dedication to traditional Chinese flavours, Chef Teoh brings his signature homecooked dishes to the table, promising an extraordinary dining experience for guests.

With over 20 years of experience, Chef Teoh’s homecooked specialties will make you feel right at home.

A Taste of Signature Homecooked Dishes At Xin Cuisine

Highlights of July’s menu: 

Stir-fried Lotus Mixed Vegetable with Crispy Almond Flakes – RM33 nett 

Fresh vegetables stir-fried to perfection, topped with crispy almond flakes for delightful crunch.

Homemade Tofu with Belacan Chilli Shrimp Sauce – RM35 nett 

Silky homemade tofu paired with the rich and spicy belacan chilli shrimp sauce, offering a delightful balance of flavours.

Signature Pork Ribs with Marmite Sauce – RM40 nett 

Tender pork ribs glazed with our savoury-sweet marmite sauce for a mouthwatering experience.

Pan-fried Chilli Assam Prawn – RM60 nett 

Succulent prawns pan-fried and infused with the tangy and spicy flavours of assam and chilli. 

Deep-fried Crispy Farm Chicken – Half: RM75 nett; Whole: RM130nett

Crispy, golden fried farm chicken available in half or whole portions for a satisfying meal.

Signature Lime & Garlic Steamed Fish – RM80 nett 

The delicate taste of red tilapia or siakap fish steamed with aromatic lime and garlic, enhancing its natural flavours with a refreshing twist.
