Lemon Garden at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur is pleased to announce  an exclusive Thai Temptation dinner buffet from 6th to 20 th July 2024. Indulge in the rich and  authentic flavours of Thai cuisine, prepared with expertise and passion by guest Chef Puongthong  Bangsangon from Shangri-La Bangkok. Gather your friends and family for an unforgettable dining  experience like no other and immerse yourself in the vibrant tastes of Thailand.

Buffet Highlights

Indulge in an array of tantalising appetisers, including the ‘Yum Som O Pu Nim’, a delightful  pomelo salad featuring the sweet and tangy zest of pomelo paired with the savoury crunch of  soft-shell crab, roasted coconut, and crispy shallots. The ‘Mieang Pla Tim Tim’ offers a  harmonious blend of textures with crispy red tilapia, betel leaves, complemented by a variety of  traditional Thai condiments.

Chef Puongthong’s signature dish, ‘Phad Thai Champion’, showcases stir-fried Chantaburi  noodles perfectly combined with succulent seafood and the unique, rich flavour of salted egg  from Chaiya, all brought together by a special sauce that is both savoury and slightly sweet.

For soup lovers, indulge in the robust and aromatic ‘Tom Yum Goong’, featuring spicy and sour  notes highlighted by lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, or savour the creamy and comforting  ‘Tom Kha Gai’ with its authentic chicken coconut base. Experience the divine flavours of the ‘Massaman Kea’, featuring tender Australian leg of lamb  simmered to perfection in a rich curry with peanuts and potatoes, served alongside soft roti  bread, adding a delightful combination of sweet, spicy, and nutty flavours.

Complete your culinary journey with enchanting desserts such as the refreshing ‘Tub Tim Krob’,  offering crunchy water chestnuts bathed in sweet coconut milk, and the warm Sakoo Ton’, a  tapioca pudding with the rich, creamy flavour of coconut. Indulge in the ‘Khao Niew Mamuang’,  sweet sticky rice with mango, which perfectly balances the creamy richness of the rice with the  juicy sweetness of ripe mango. This promotion is a true feast for the senses, offering a symphony  of flavours that celebrate the essence of Thai cuisine.
