The Kobe Carpaccio with Black Truffle and Condiments

We started off  with The Kobe Carpaccio with Black Truffle and Condiments.  We love the exquisite flavors of Kobe beef with the earthy richness of black truffle in this sensational Kobe Carpaccio dish. A true symphony of flavors awaits as tender slices of premium Kobe beef are delicately arranged and adorned with luxurious black truffle shavings. The dish is elevated further with a selection of thoughtfully curated condiments that complement and enhance the natural umami of the Kobe beef. Each bite is a revelation, with the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of the beef juxtaposed against the robust aroma of the black truffle.

Smoked Octopus with brandy Aioli and Caviar

Moving on, we enjoy the lovely and yet unique flavours of the Smoked Octopus with brandy Aioli and Caviar. The delectable dish brings you with the tender, smoky octopus which is infused with the creamy aioli and it brings the distinct essence of brandy, which creates the harmonious blend of the texture and taste. With the added caviar, it add up the touch of elegance, and sophiscation and every mouthful brings you with the burst of briny flavours

Roast Free Range Chicken with Cep Cream and Truffle.

Imagine tender, succulent free-range chicken roasted to perfection, complemented by a luxurious cep cream sauce infused with the earthy aroma of truffles. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, with the richness of the chicken beautifully enhanced by the creamy sauce and delicate truffle essence. Love every bites of the tender chicken.

Aged Cod Fish and Spiced Cauliflower

The aged cod fish is worth to order. In here we can taste the delicate richness of the aged cod fish which comes with the aromatic and flavourful profile of the spiced cauliflower that creates the awesome blend of flavours. We loved how the chef made the dish showcasing the melts in the mouth sensation, and the earthy and aromatic notes of the spiced cauliflower.

Grilled wagyu with black garlic and chitose Corn

The premium wagyu beef with the rich umami of black garlic and the sweetness of Chitose corn is indeed something worth to go for as it brings you with the both luxurious and memorable. I love the tender, marbled wagyu beef expertly grilled to perfection, showcasing its melt-in-your-mouth texture and robust flavor profile. The addition of black garlic adds depth and complexity to the dish, with its earthy sweetness complementing the savory notes of the wagyu. The Chitose corn, known for its natural sweetness, provides a delightful contrast and texture to each bite.
