From the 10th of March to the 10th of April 2024, Thyme restaurant transforms into a haven for food enthusiasts, offering the Santapan Nusantara Buffet Dinner—an indulgent Malaysian culinary experience that transcends traditional boundaries.

As you step into Thyme restaurant, the outdoor terrace sets the stage for a mesmerizing experience. Live action stalls come to life against the backdrop of the bustling city, offering a diverse array of delights. The theatrical culinary performances unfold as chefs whip up tantalizing treats, from the iconic char kuey teow to the flavorful murtabak and made-to-order freshly cooked seafood, customized to your style and preference.

The journey through Santapan Nusantara promises an extensive showcase of Malaysian culinary treasures. Dive into the allure of lobster kerabu, relish the succulence of kambing golek, and savor the rich flavors of the  ribs rendang

 The array of famous local dishes includes daging tetel asam pedas, siput sedut masak lemak, udang galah masak kerisik, lamb kuzi, ayam kicap berempah, ketam bercili, kari ikan semilang, sambal goreng kacang botol, sizzling grilled fish Portuguese style, nasi kandar, aneka bubur, rojak lambung mamak, gulai kawah, apam balik, and more.

Their seafood on ice never disappoint us where it comes with the wide variety of seafood which is amazing good and tempting. The choices are huge from yabbies, to scallops, prawns, crab and more. 

Must try is also their laksa which is a double thumbs up!

They have stalls which covered you with even much more of varieties like their satay stall, goreng goreng stall, pasembur and many more 

Concluding the night on a sweet note, Santapan Nusantara offers an extensive selection of traditional cakes (kuih-muih) and mouth-watering desserts from the patisserie. From classic favorites to innovative creations, the dessert spread promises to be a delightful journey for the sweet tooth.

The Santapan Nusantara Buffet Dinner is priced at MYR232nett for adults, MYR119 nett for children (6 to 11 years old), and Senior Citizens at MYR119 nett (60 years and above).
