With the arrival of the highly anticipated Year of the Wooden Dragon, Pullman KLCC Hotel & Residences stands as the epitome of opulence, welcoming the auspicious occasion with a grandiose celebration. Recognized as a symbol of good fortune, the hotel orchestrates a Golden Lunar extravaganza, enchanting patrons with an array of sumptuous offerings. Our recent gastronomic voyage led us to the distinguished Golden Jade Treasure Set, an exquisite showcase of culinary mastery that promises to elevate the festivities to unparalleled heights

Sashimi Lobster Yee Sang (龙虾齐捞生)

The celebration commences with a crescendo of flavors in the Sashimi Lobster Yee Sang. An epitome of indulgence, this dish weaves together the lavishness of lobster sashimi with the vibrant textures of yee sang, setting the stage for an auspicious culinary journey. We love the way they are made, not overpowerly sweet but just nice.

Double Boiled Superior Chicken Broth (清蒸野生所罗门红星斑)

Elevating the dining experience, the Double Boiled Superior Chicken Broth captivates the senses. Enriched with dried scallop, fish maw, and Matsutake mushroom, the broth is a harmonious symphony of umami, promising a soul-soothing interlude.

Steamed Wild Solomon Star Grouper (干贝花胶松茸炖鸡汤)

The culinary voyage reaches its zenith with the Steamed Wild Solomon Star Grouper. The grouper is delicately steamed and adorned with Cordyceps flower, sliced mushroom, and superior soy sauce, creating a masterpiece that lingers on the palate. The fish meat comes flaky and it is perfectly steamed at the right temperature allowing the texture and the flavours are balance and well absorb. 

Deep Fried Crispy Prawn Meat (沙侓虾球伴芒果莎莎)

The prawn’s golden crispness dances in harmony with the vibrant mango salsa, resulting in a symphony of flavors that resonates with every bite. Love the flavours of it. 

Braised Whole Abalone (瑶柱扒鲍鱼云南菌福袋)

Embark on a journey of indulgence with the Braised Whole Abalone, Yun Nan Mushroom, and Treasure Bag with Dried Scallop Sauce. A dish fit for royalty, it encapsulates the opulence of Chinese culinary traditions, promising a regal experience.

Mini Lotus Leaf Rice with Dried Oyster (迷你蚝士荷叶饭)

The culinary odyssey gracefully concludes with the Mini Lotus Leaf Rice with Dried Oyster. Meticulously curated, this dish seamlessly blends the fragrance of lotus leaf with the umami richness of dried oyster, leaving an indelible mark on the senses.

Chilled Hawthorn Syrup with Snow Bird Nest (冻洛神花雪燕芦荟山楂糖水)

As a sweet serenade to the palate, the Chilled Hawthorn Syrup with Snow Bird Nest, Aloe Vera, and Roselle unveils a refreshing finale.
