Montara Hospitality Group Announces Tantalizing Festive Program

Montara Hospitality Group, the owners of Trisara, one of Phuket’s most exquisite properties, is celebrating the 2023 festive season in style with a host of tantalizing events across its award-winning F&B and wellness venues.

Highlights of a packed program include special festive set menus with wine pairings at Michelin-awarded restaurants PRU and JAMPA, festive hampers curated by Rick Dingen, JAMPA head chef, and a succession of lavish celebrations held at Trisara’s beachside venues Cielo and Waew.

Trisara’s finely honed approach to wellness and mindfulness, as well as treatment offerings at the renowned Jara Wellness, will also be offering seasonal uplift via special offers on activities such as Muay Thai and yoga and sound healing therapy, and pampering packages like the Royal Trisara 6 Hands Massage, a signature experience highlighting a unique combination of traditional Thai herbal compression, Swedish massage, and acupressure techniques.

“We want to give visitors and guests alike the most memorable festive experience possible,” says Kittisak “Kitt” Pattamasaevi, the CEO of Montara Hospitality Group. “Our program allows people to create cherished memories with loved ones by their side, enjoying unforgettable dining experiences as you ring in the holidays with exceptional festive moments.”

At the Michelin-starred PRU an enchanting holiday dining experience will take place on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve exclusively. On Christmas Eve, guests can partake of a culinary journey for THB 8,500++ per person. On New Year’s Eve a dedicated set menu costs THB 10,000++ per person.

Over at JAMPA, Dingen’s zero-waste gastronomy exploration will be showcased via a special festive menu for THB 4,900++ per person during both lunch and dinner. Additionally, on December 23 and 30, HiDEAWAY by JAMPA—a special pop-up venue in the grounds of Trisara’s Pru Jampa organic farm — will be offering an exclusive holiday farm tour. Guests can gather ingredients and sit back, relax, and enjoy the 360degree views of the picturesque lake, while Dingen and his team create a one-of-a-kind menu for the occasion. The experience costs THB 3,400++ per person.

Elsewhere, the fun kicks off with a Thai-style Christmas Eve Barbecue at beachfront venue Waew On The Beach where Phuket lobster, fresh prawns, local fish, and other premium ingredients are served up alongside a mesmerizing fire show and a Thai cultural performance. THB 6,900++ per person; children at THB 3,400++ per person (6-14 Years)

Christmas Day sees a special appearance from Santa who will arrive via wakeboard. He’ll be spreading seasonal joy as guests tuck into an exceptional buffet spread at Cielo featuring epicurean delights such as caviar, fresh seafood, Christmas staples and more. A jazz band will also be in attendance to keep spirits high. A special Beach & Grill evening is taking place on 28 December maintains the holiday vibes. Food only available at THB 5,900 ++ per person; Children at THB 2,900++ per person (6-14 Years).

A glittering New Year’s Eve Gala overlooking the Andaman Sea brings the year to a close at Cielo. An extravagant buffet feast offers a culinary journey, featuring exquisite flavors and international delights that cater to every palate.

Adding cultural flair to the evening, a Khon Thai traditional show captivates attendees with its rich heritage and vibrant storytelling. Alcohol package at THB 29,000 ++ per person; Non-alcoholic package at THB 21,000 ++ per person; Children at THB 10,000 ++ per person (6-14 years).

Rounding off festivities at Trisara is a New Year’s Day brunch at Cielo. Enjoy the melodies of the live jazz band and an assortment of freshly caught seafood, live cooking stations, wood fire barbecue, and a thoughtfully curated selection of prestigious beverages.
