Sky-High FEASTivities All-Dec-Long at Element Kuala Lumpur

November 16, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

‘Tis the season for gingerbread houses, glittering lights, gathering with your loved ones, and spreading holiday cheers! Make this an ultimate celebration at one of the city’s highest restaurants—TRACE Restaurant & Bar, located on the 40th floor of Element Kuala Lumpur, surrounded by unobtrusive views of the stunning cityscape of Kuala Lumpur.

In succession to last year’s crowd-pleasing Christmas and New Year buffets, and understanding how packed our social calendars can get towards year-end, we are excited to offer TRACE’s festive buffet in every weekend of December, giving you more flexibility to enjoy an early celebration with your cherished ones from as early as 1 December 2023.

Spearheaded by Executive Chef Taib Ridhwan and Senior Sous Chef Hasrul Hawari, the Hotel’s culinary team will showcase their contemporary take on the festive menus. Depending on the chosen dine-in periods, our festive month’s gastronomic offerings encompass an organic salad bar, a range of starters including house-special salads and shooters, seafood-on-ice, pasta and soup noodles counters, TRACE’s signature live grill, classic festive carvery, local and Asian delights, à la minute wok-fried Char Kuey Teow, as well as a dazzling roster of desserts created just for the holiday season.

Festive Lunch & Dinner Buffets from RM138 nett: The All-Time-Favorite Spread

From 1 to 23, as well as 29 and 30 December, diners who pre-celebrate the holidays over our Festive Lunch and Dinner Buffets will be spoilt for choice with a wide selection. Barbecued to perfection live from our grill station, Marinated BBQ Lamb Shoulder, Boneless Chicken in Percik Style and Citrus Marinated Fish Fillet are certainly not to be missed. Together with Clams Marinières with Toasted Baguette, TRACE’s festive carvery trio—Christmas Roasted Whole Chicken with Orange & Cranberries, Baked Butter Fish Wellington and Greek Style Mint Crusted Roasted Lamb Leg will also leave you wanting more.

The feast does not just stop here, as dinner patrons will additionally find themselves indulging in evening-only specialties including Spicy Thai Seafood Salad, Seafood-on-Ice highlighting oysters, blue swimmer crabs, half shell scallops and more, as well as the Slow Roasted Beef Sirloin. Make sure to drop by the live Char Kuey Teow station for a piping-hot plate of wok-fried goodness prepared to your order.

The Holiday Brunch & Dinner Buffets from RM158 nett: An Upgraded Splendor

As the most wondrous days of the year arrive, our guests are in for a treat over an upgraded brunch and dinner spread, including the must-have Roasted Whole Turkey that will take the centre stage on Christmas Eve and Day. What’s more, patrons of our Holiday Dinner Buffet patrons can further whet their appetite with endless Slow Roasted Wagyu Beef, best known for boasting an excellent marbling on top of its juicy, tender texture.

Lastly, our buffet diners in the entire December can anticipate to end their meal with sweet novelty creations like made-to-order crêpes, Chocolate & Cranberry Bread Pudding, Chocolate Yule Log Cake, Meringue Citrus Tart, Chocolate Orange Trifle, Raspberry Panna Cotta and many more.
