Plant-based Cheesy Tortilla Wrap

Vegan tortilla wraps are total game-changers for as a main meal or as a snack. Here’s how. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft and brown. Add yumeat™ Plant-based Minced Meat with Bean Paste and stir-fry, then place in a bowl. In the same pan pour olive oil over medium heat, add Ayam Brand™ Sweet Cup Corn, season, and set aside.

Make a cut from the edge to the middle in a tortilla. Arrange cabbage and tomato on the top left, charred corn on the top right, yumeat™ Plant-based Minced Meat with Bean Paste on the bottom left, and vegan cheese or regular cheese in the bottom right. Fold the wrap to create a pocket. Sear folded tortilla in a well-oiled pan over medium heat, around 3 minutes each side until golden brown.

Dish out, garnish with more fresh vegetables and enjoy.

Prep time: 10 minutes, cook time: 10 minutes, serves: 1 pax

Plant-based Easy Peasy Pie

The yumeat™ plant-based savoury pie is based on classic Sheperd’s pie, and makes a hearty meal in itself.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix diced yumeat™ Plant-based Luncheon Meat Spicy and yumeat™ Plant-based Minced Meat with Bean Paste with water, diced carrots and chunky mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes until well mixed. Set aside.

Lightly mash boiled potatoes with parsley and vegan or cheddar cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Scoop plant-based meat mix into ready-made pie crusts, top with potato mix, and dress with sliced mushroom. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Prep time: 10 minutes, cook time:  40 minutes, serves: 4 pax

Plant-based Luncheon Stir-Fried Macaroni

A delicious meal made within minutes for quick dinner using two main ingredients, plant-based luncheon and macaroni.
Boil the pasta until al dente, set aside. Cook the garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add in the diced yumeat™ Plant-based Luncheon Meat Spicy, cubed carrot, diced capsicums, chilli flakes, and parsley. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes before adding in the cooked macaroni. Season to taste and serve.

Prep time: 10 minutes, cook time: 20 minutes, serves: 4 pax

yumeat™ is available in Plant-based Luncheon Meat Original and Plant-based Luncheon Meat Spicy at RM12.90 for 360g can; and Plant-based Minced Meat with Bean Paste at RM6.25 for 195g can.
