MURRAY AITKEN IS AWARDED ‘GENERAL MANAGER OF THE YEAR’ BY HARD ROCK INTERNATIONAL

Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast, Malaysia is thrilled to announce that their Rockstar General Manager, Murray Aitken, has been crowned ‘Hotel General Manager of the Year’ in the Hotels category of Hard Rock International’s Annual Awards in Atlantic City, USA in May 2023. His legendary performance at the hotel since his appointment in 2020 has propelled Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast to new heights, particularly due to his recognition for integrating sustainable practices.

Armed with his magnetic charisma, visionary approach and 30 years of hotel experience, Aitken is a maestro in the industry who has rocked the stage of world-class green living hospitality. Under his guidance, the hotel struck the right chord by becoming the first of its kind to receive the LEED Silver certification.
