Hai Sang Lou: A Culinary Gem at Avani Goldcoast Resort

Nestled within the Avani Goldcoast Resort, Hai Sang Lou stands as a culinary gem offering an exquisite dining experience. During our stay, we had the pleasure of indulging in a delightful dinner at this charming outlet, and it proved to be a feast for the senses.
As we stepped into Hai Sang Lou, we were immediately captivated by its warm and inviting ambiance. The restaurant’s classic Chinese interior exudes elegance and charm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff’s attentive and friendly service further enhanced the overall dining experience, making us feel truly special.

Soup of the Day (RM 14)

This bowl of goodness was a testament to the restaurant’s dedication to offering home-cooked flavors that leave a lasting impression on diners. From the first spoonful, it was evident that this soup was crafted with care and attention to detail. The rich flavors of the ingredients had been skillfully simmered to perfection, ensuring that every nuance of taste was well absorbed into the broth. The result was a truly satisfying and delicious soup that instantly became one of our favorites.

Yong zhou – Style Fried Rice with Dice Chicken and Shrimp (RM 60)

As the dish arrived at our table, the inviting aroma of the fluffy fried rice filled the air, enticing our senses. The wok hei, or “breath of the wok,” was evident, infusing the rice with a smoky and savory essence that only skilled stir-frying can achieve. The Dice Chicken and shrimp were perfectly incorporated into the fried rice, adding bursts of succulent and tender goodness to each mouthful.
Si Chuan Stew Egg Plant with the Spicy fish Gravy Sauce (RM 33) 
The eggplant was beautifully stir-fried to perfection, exuding a burst of light spiciness that tantalized our taste buds.With each bite, we experienced a delightful play of flavors and textures. The eggplant, cooked to a soft and tender consistency, provided a luscious and melt-in-your-mouth experience. It absorbed the rich and robust flavors of the Si Chuan stew and spicy fish gravy sauce, creating a delightful harmony of tastes.


Steamed Cod Fish with Premium Soy Sauce(RM  118 per piece for 200g)

From the moment the dish was brought to our table, we were drawn in by the enticing aroma of the perfectly steamed cod fish. The presentation was elegant and inviting, with the fish glistening under the light. Each piece of cod fish was skillfully steamed to perfection, ensuring that the delicate flesh remained flaky and tender.
As we took our first bite, we were immediately met with a burst of flavors that delighted our taste buds. The premium soy sauce complemented the natural sweetness of the cod fish, enhancing its taste without overpowering it. The sauce added a touch of umami and depth

Signature Wok Fried Prawns with Butter Sauce. (RM 68)

The Signature Wok Fried Prawns with Butter Sauce are cooked to perfection, ensuring a tantalizing crispness on the outside while retaining their natural succulence within. The glistening prawns coated in the golden-hued butter sauce create a visual feast that is almost too good to eat and each bites is so addictive. 

Roasted Chicken with Si Chuan Spicy Sesame Dressing

As the dish is presented before you, the enticing aroma of the perfectly roasted chicken wafts through the air, setting the stage for a culinary adventure. The chicken is expertly prepared, with its skin boasting a crispy and golden texture that promises a satisfying crunch with each bite. Beneath the delectably crispy exterior lies tender, juicy meat that melts in your mouth, making every mouthful a heavenly delight.

Chilled Mango Sago with Ice Cream  ( RM 14 per person)

Indulge in the perfect sweet ending to your dining experience at Hai Sang Lou with the delectable Chilled Mango Sago with Ice Cream. Priced at RM 14 per person, this delightful dessert promises to wash down your meal with a burst of refreshing flavors and sweetness.
