6 Features in Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 that MUST TRY

August 29, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Staying connected, entertained, and productive on the go has become an essential aspect of modern life. Tablets have rapidly gained popularity due to the multitude of features and benefits they offer. Among the tablets catching our attention is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, a device that presents a range of robust features, from immersive viewing experiences to exploring creative freedom.

After spending a significant time using the Tab S9, we found ourselves particularly enamored with several aspects of this tablet:

Eye Comfort

The Eye Comfort feature on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 has proven to be a game-changer. By reducing blue light emissions by over 70%, this feature is tailor-made for users who spend extended hours working on documents or reading e-books. It significantly mitigates the risk of eye fatigue, ensuring a comfortable and strain-free experience even during prolonged tablet usage. This innovation is a testament to Samsung’s commitment to user well-being and enhancing the tablet experience for all.

Sign PDF

The convenience of signing PDF documents has been dramatically improved with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. No longer do you need to rely on applications like Acrobat or go through the cumbersome process of printing and scanning. Whether it’s personal or professional documents requiring your signature, the Samsung Note feature allows you to effortlessly edit and sign them directly on your tablet. This streamlined process not only saves time but also eliminates the hassle of traditional methods, providing a seamless and efficient solution for document management.

Dex Mode

Boosting your productivity is a breeze with the addition of the book cover keyboard to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. This accessory enhances your work experience by providing a physical keyboard, transforming your tablet into a more efficient typing tool. The real star of the show, however, is Samsung DeX. With a simple tap in the Quick panel, you can seamlessly transition to DeX mode, effectively turning your tablet into a PC-like interface. This mode empowers you to open multiple windows, perform drag-and-drop actions, and even enjoy the convenience of right-click functions. In essence, the Galaxy Tab S9 coupled with the book cover keyboard and DeX mode brings a new level of mobility to your productivity, allowing you to accomplish tasks more swiftly and effectively.

No more hassle to separate charge your pen

Say goodbye to the inconvenience of separately charging your pen. Samsung has ingeniously simplified the process by allowing you to charge your S Pen directly on the tablet itself. Thanks to the revolutionary snap-and-charge feature, the hassle of dealing with a pen that’s run out of battery just when you need it is now a thing of the past.

Imagine the convenience of placing your S Pen on your tablet, and just like magic, it starts charging effortlessly. No more searching for charging cables or worrying about battery levels. This seamless integration not only saves you time but also ensures that your S Pen is always ready for action when creativity strikes.

Samsung’s innovative approach to pen charging is a game-changer, reflecting their commitment to enhancing user experience and streamlining functionality. With this ingenious solution, you can bid farewell to the frustration of dealing with a dead pen and embrace the simplicity of a fully charged S Pen whenever you need it

Quick Share

The Quick Share function has truly won our hearts with its speed and simplicity. Sharing videos and pictures has never been easier. With just a tap, you can effortlessly transfer substantial files to other Android devices. This revolutionary feature liberates us from the limitations of file size and the hassle of lengthy downloads.

Dual Screen

It is easier than ever to connect and use your Samsung tablet in collaboration with your Windows PC. This seamless integration is facilitated by One UI 3.1 or later on your Samsung tablet and Windows 10 or later on your PC. Here’s how to make the most of this functionality:

Tablet Setup:

  1. On your Samsung tablet, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the Quick Settings panel.
  2. Swipe to the left and tap on the “Second screen” icon.
  3. You will be presented with two connection modes: “Drawing/gaming” or “Video.” Choose the one that best suits your needs. This selection determines the way your tablet screen will be used while connected to your PC.

Maintain Second Screen Page:

It’s important to keep the Second screen page open on your tablet throughout the connection process.

Windows PC Setup:

  1. On your Windows 10 computer, simultaneously press the Windows key and the K key.
  2. This will bring up the “Connect” panel that displays available devices for connection.
  3. Look for your tablet in the list of available devices.

Connect and Control:

  1. Once you select your tablet from the list, your tablet’s screen will be mirrored on your PC.
  2. You can now control your PC from your tablet’s screen.

This feature not only streamlines your workflow but also provides a great way to multitask or simply control your PC from your tablet. As long as you maintain the Second screen page open on your tablet, the connection remains active and convenient for you to use.

Gone are the days of struggling with large attachments or waiting endlessly for files to transfer. Quick Share’s remarkable versatility bridges the gap between various mobile devices, making file-sharing among friends and peers an absolute breeze. Whether it’s sharing precious memories or work-related documents, Quick Share ensures that the process is smooth, efficient, and frustration-free.
