EXTRAVAGANT BUFFETS FOR DADS

Father’s Day is coming up soon on June 18, 2023, and you know what that means— it’s time to spoil dad with the greatest food. You can’t go wrong with the all-you-can-eat buffet. The quickest way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, after all!

For high tea, tuck into healthy salads then indulge in some of our new items – creamy potato and leek soup, sup daging utara, chicken chili con carne, takoyaki selections, Hainanese roasted chicken rice, yong tow foo, roti jala, murtabak, satay, Singapore fried bee hoon, seafood fried rice, chicken pot pie, pizza and pasta of sorts. Over at the Chef’s station, be pampered with servings of Melting Pot’s smash burger with home-made beef and chicken patties and teppan noodles at the teppanyaki station.

Endless choices to tempt the tastebuds. Look for our dinner-exclusive items such as seafood on ice with oysters, mussels, tiger prawns, baby scallops while the carving station serves the perfect roasted New Zealand lamb leg and BBQ Australian beef ribs. All things Thai… savour a selection of delicious Thai dishes like Thai mango salad, pineapple fried rice, Thai steamed red snapper, stir-fried sweet and sour chicken, deep-fried squid with holy basil. Other recommended dishes include satay, daging masak lemak cili api, kari ikan tenggiri, wok-fried tiger prawn with curry leaf, braised Japanese beancurd with mushroom, Southern style fried chicken with sriracha mayo, spaghetti with basil pesto and assorted vegetable tempura amongst others.
