Each occasion at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is one for the books. This Father’s Day, an array of dining and wellness experiences is dedicated to honouring the man of the hour, starting with Father’s Day Buffet at ARGO, afternoon tea at Gallery and The Lounge, to one-off menus at Lung King Heen, gift cards, celebratory cakes or even a vacation in the Hotel.

Michelin-Starred Dining

Celebrate the superhero in one’s life with some good old fashioned family time over an unforgettable meal. From June 10 to 18, 2023, guests are invited to ARGO, Gallery, and The Lounge to sample tantalizing menus that will take Father’s Day dining to new heights.

Featuring a lavish spread fit for a king, Father’s Day Lunch Buffet at ARGO will showcase an extensive selection of Dad’s favourite cuisines from around the world. Not to be missed are the Peking duck live station, where skilled chefs expertly prepare succulent, crispy duck, a USDA prime rib carving station where each juicy slice is a testament to the superior ingredient and meticulous preparation, an impressive seafood display with Maine lobster, mouthwatering smoked and sweet BBQ pork ribs, steamed eel with black bean sauce, and an exceptional 36-month aged Iberico ham known for its unparalleled taste.

Father’s Day Lunch Buffet at ARGO is priced at HKD 728* per adult and HKD 364* per child aged 7-12 years old.

For a laid-back afternoon with attentive service, treat Dad to an exquisite afternoon tea at Gallery or The Lounge, where live stations are making an appearance on weekends for an extra element of culinary delight.

Expect savoury bites at The Lounge such as Smoked Balik Salmon, Crème Fraiche, Shallot Purée, Kristal Caviar, Five Spices Bread; Poached Boston Lobster, Cauliflower Mousseline, Pickled Cauliflowers, Olive Oil Pearl; sweets from Freshly Baked Parisian Flan to 66% Dominican Chocolate Mille-feuille, and a live station on weekends for made-to-order Cannoli and Caramel Covered Croquembouche.

At Gallery, savoury choices include Stuffed Quail Egg with Caviar, Baked Mini Barbecued Goose Bun; and Golden Crispy Shrimp Dumpling, while the gourmet pastry selection features a Cold Oolong Tea Infusion Cream on Bitter Almond Cake, The Cacao and Pepper Corn Sphere, and Osmanthus Scone with Homemade Makrut Lime Mango Jam and Devonshire Cream, topped off by a live station on weekends serving up Hong Kong Egg Waffles with condiments and Madagascar Vanilla Gelato.

An afternoon tea set for two is also available at The Lounge on weekends, designed to satisfy those cravings for a timeless experience. Alternatively, guests can opt to take it all home with the Takeaway Afternoon Tea Set (HKD 778 net, serves two).

Father’s Day Afternoon Tea Treat at the Gallery is priced at HKD 368* (weekdays) or HKD 528* (weekends) per person. Father’s Day Afternoon Tea at The Lounge is priced at HKD 495* (weekdays) or HKD 528* per person, while the afternoon tea set for two is priced at HKD 808*.

On June 18, 2023 only, Lung King Heen’s lunch and dinner set menus will offer authentic Cantonese signatures – including Sea Whelk Dumpling with Whitebait and Cuttlefish, Double-boiled Sea Cucumber with Morel Mushrooms and Yellow Fungus, and Simmered Prawns with Crab Roe Cream – executed to impress. Offered alongside the a la carte menu, guests pre-ordering the dinner set menu for the whole party 48 hours in advance will receive complimentary premium Chinese Tea per person on arrival. As a gesture of gratitude, an exquisite gift will also be prepared for every father to take home.

The Lung King Heen Father’s Day lunch set menu is priced at HKD 980* per adult and HKD 620* per child aged 7-12 years old, while the dinner set menu is priced at HKD 1,680* per adult and HKD 780* per child aged 7-12 years old. Minimum charges per person apply.

Alternatively, take Dad out on a wellness retreat at The Spa where the Superhero’s Revive guarantees relaxed muscles and soreness relief. This 120-minute Theragun Percussion massage is the master of all deep tissue massages, combining advanced techniques with a Theragun machine and systematic use of muscle-easing body oil to release tightness and deep-seated fatigue. After the revitalizing journey, Dads can unwind and replenish with a Superpower fuel drink of cucumber, celery, and green apple, to boost energy and nutritional levels.

Superhero’s Revive is priced at HKD 3,000* per person, valid through June 2023.
