 Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur is gearing up for the upcoming Ramadan month with a scrumptious Buka Puasa buffet spread at Melting Pot Cafe. Available from March 23 to April 21, 2023, the buffet features a diverse range of flavours, including traditional kampung dishes and Thai specialities. This Ramadan buffet is the perfect opportunity for families and loved ones to gather together and enjoy delicious food in a festive atmosphere.

Start of your buffet with the wide selection of greenies, ulam – ulaman, and wide variety of jeruk which includes the Jeruk Buah Kedondong, Jeruk Buah Kelubi, Jeruk Jambu Batu, Jeruk Buah Mangga, Jeruk Buah Pala, Jeruk Buah Anggur and many more. 

As for their appetizers and kerabus, don’t miss out the Tauhu Sumbat Isi Ayam, Kerabu Kacang Buncis dan Kerang, Kerabu Pucuk Paku bersama Ikan Bilis, to name a few.

The buffet menu includes a variety of traditional kampung dishes, such as Sup Gearbox, Sup Tulang Rusuk, Laksa Johor, Ayam Masak Merah, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Kambing Masak Hitam Manis, Daging Rendang Tok, Daging Rendang Minang, Masak Lemak Udang Harimau bersama Rebung, Ikan Tenggiri Berlado, Kari Kepala Ikan Merah Bendi, Gulai Tunjang Minangkabau and Nasi Briyani with Roasted Whole Lamb.

As for their Thai specialities,  they are specially curated by Thai Chef Nopporn Nutto and feature soups, salads, and main courses such as Gaeng Massaman Neua, Pla Muek Tod Kra Tiam, Pad Krapow Kung, Pla Kapong Neung Manao, and many more.

In addition to these highlights, guests can also enjoy all-time favourites like Bubur Lambuk, Aneka Ikan Bakar, Satay, Sup Gearbox, Sup Tulang, Otak-Otak, Murtabak Ayam, Vietnamese Beef Noodles, and Teppanyaki.  Don’t miss out their Chinese Delicacies too from the Stir-fried Tiger Prawn with Crispy Oats, Steamed Beancurd with Mushroom and Baby Kai Lan with Oyster Sauce, 

And of course never ends your meals with the wide variety of pencuci mulut such as the Kuih Lapis, Kuih Seri Muka, Talam Keladi, Bingka Ubi, Cara Manis, Cara Berlauk, Ketayap, Kole Kacang, Kuih Tako, Puteri Ayu, Pulut Panggang, Cucur Badak, Tapai Pulut, Serawa Durian bersama Pulut, Pengat Pisang, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Bubur Kacang Merah, Aneka , Raya Cookies Cream Caramel, Pandan Layer Custard and the Durian Cream Cake.

The buffet features two different menus on daily rotation, ensuring that diners will have a unique experience each time they visit.

The buffet is priced at RM 142.00 nett per person from March 23 to 26 and April 20 to 21, 2023, and at the normal price of RM 178.00 nett per person. Children between 6 and 12 years old receive a 50% discount.
