Alternatively, there are Four-Course Dinner Christmas Dinners ready to be savored at The Beach Grill, Hai Yan, and Langkawi Kitchen respectively. There are Rockefeller oysters and homemade grouper star ravioli to be enjoyed at The Beach Grill, crab meat soup and wok-fried black angus beef at Hai Yan as well as fried snapper with honey tamarind sauce and slow-cooked lamb shank in spiced gravy at Langkawi Kitchen for your pickings.
On Christmas Day, dazzle your family and friends with a Cocktail Masterclass led by The Ritz-Carlton’s resident mixologist at Coco Beach Cafe to create delicious drinks that capture the spirit of the season.
