Red Inn Hotpot @ M Suite ,Manjalara : Shanghai Theme Hotpot

July 7, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

Red Inn Hotpot was established since year 2017 in Malaysia. It is indeed a hidden jewel for some hotpot dining in Manjalara. Walking into the restaurant, it brings us a nostalgic 70s interior which is beautiful decorated with the Shanghai theme.

Menu here is pretty extensive with the wide choices of unique soup but is deliciously made. We walk in and well-greeted by their staff and lead us to our table. Their staff is indeed friendly and recommended us with the signatures as must order too. It brings me a homey feel and I just love how the service is!

FOOD

As for the soup, they comes with the choice of single soup RM 30), Twin Soup(RM 50) and Signature Four Season Soup (RM 80). For the soup base they have the Signature Sake Broth, Fresh Lala Soup, Pork Bone Soup and Garlic Spicy Soup.  Healthy Tomato Soup and Famous Green Pepper Soup.

And this time, we opt for their Signature Sake Broth, Fresh Lala Soup, Pork Bone Soup and the Famous Green Pepper Soup. Each soup brings you with the unique flavours and I love the Signature Sake Broth and the Fresh Lala Soup.

Signature Sake Broth brings us with the mild taste but with the hint of alcohol in it. You can taste the fragrant sip of sake which is well infused in it

Fresh Lala Soup- I can taste the hint of Shao Xing Wine in it with the ginger hint. There is a light hint of herbal taste in it and every mouthful is so nice and refreshing.

The Pork Bone Soup- The pork bone soup give me a creamy taste of porky. The soup is nicely done and perfect

Famous Green Pepper Soup brings you with the peppery hint; not spicy but is fragrant peppery taste can be tasted.

FOOD

Barbie Doll Porky Belly (RM 69.00)

One of the highlight is the Barbie Doll Porky Belly (RM 69.00). The pork belly is beautifully presented on the barbie like she is wearing the cloths. The pork belly is thinly sliced till perfection and  each mouthful is sinfully good and delicious.

Best Meat of RedInn (RM 129)

For first timer, one can go for the best meat in Red inn where they comes with the Iberico Pork, Duck Meat, Lamb and Beef Slice. You can now enjoy the best slection in one goal. Awesomely delicious.

Balls & Paste

In here, one can order their handmade balls where they have the choices from Bamboo Prawn Ball, Pork Meat Ball, Beef Meatball. Lamb Meatball, Shrimp Meatball, Spinach Meatbball and many more. Their meatball are made fresh daily and I love the texture of their meatball as they are not just bouncy but it has the QQ texture in it.

Their fish paste is also nicely done with the great texture. It is awesomely good and each mouthful is superb especially the tai chi paste, and fish paste where my daughter give a double thumbs up on this

Noodles

Asides, their noodles are homemade too where we love how they made the noodles. They have the choices of tomato noodles, spinach noodles, beetroot and more. It is simply delicious and the noodles comes simply springy too.

Seafood

Their seafood is the highlight too where their seafood comes simply fresh,. Each of their seafood comes simply fresh and I am loving this so much that I wanted to enjoy more. You can have the variety choices of seafood here from fish, scallop, prawns, and more.

And in here, one can enjoy the absolutely delicious hotpot where you can dip with their signature sauce and more.

Make your own dipping sauce or you can follow their dipping sauce recipe

Oh ya, while you are waiting for your hotpot to cook, do order their fried broccoli which is definitely a wow. Uniquely done with crispy bites. Love it so much
